About Us
Greetings! We are the amazing Lamountain Family - Stacy, Jason, Alex, and Olivia! Guess what? We caught the gardening bug during the pandemic and we've been on a roll since! Our yard has undergone a complete transformation from boring old trees and sparse grass to a stunning cottage-style flower farm! We've even added some raised beds, no-dig beds, and a backyard pond and stream! We started growing so many flowers we decided to share them with the community. We have a flower farm stand at the end of our driveway where we sell flower arrangements for a fraction of what a florist sells them for. We donate arrangements to the Aaron Cutler Memorial Library on a regular basis and love to bring arrangements whenever we go: a doctor's office, the pharmacy, the veterinarian, to our school teachers, the bus driver, to see our grandparents, and more. Bringing flowers to people puts a smile on their faces and there's no better feeling than bringing some joy into the world.
Our Story
Yes, Stacy and Jason have full-time jobs. We run our own catering business (City Moose Catering) and it's a ton of work - BUT, having a shared hobby and interest in plants and nature is something that we absolutely love. If we are not working, we are hopefully doing something plant related.
Alex and Olivia are learning a lot through us. Sometimes they are SOOOO into it and other times they think we too many plants and are SOOOO over it. But Alex is getting really good at making flower arrangements and loves to see the fruits of his labor (a couple $20 flower arrangements is a lot of new Pokémon cards!). And Olivia can show you the correct place to make a cut on a stem when harvesting flowers. She is an avid seed collector and she knows how to identify many of the flowers by name that Stacy is growing (and she's growing many many varieties).
